'DANCE WITH THE SHARKS'
Party-goers can "Dance with the Sharks" at the New Year's Eve party beginning at 9:01 p.m. at Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies in Gatlinburg.
The aquarium will offer two dance floors with a band and DJ, heavy hors d'oeuvres, a children's educational program and souvenir photos. A champagne toast and fireworks will ring in the new year at midnight.

The exhibition "AIGA 50 Books/50 Covers" showcases selections from a recent competition of the same name, which sought to pick the 50 best-designed books and book covers of the year.
