WBIR, Channel 10, will be serving up Ham in the morning again.
Popular anchor Abby Ham is returning to the Knoxville NBC station in June, the station has announced. Ham left WBIR more than a year and a half ago to work for WKYC-TV in Cleveland, Ohio, for more money and a chance to work in a higher-profile market.
Ham will be WBIR's morning anchor, but will not helm the noon news. Ham will share the anchor desk with Russell Biven.
Current WBIR morning anchor Michele Silva is leaving the anchor desk and taking a position in the station's sales department. Silva says her switch to sales was her decision.
