    Cindy Lay, owner of the former Eva’s to Go restaurant, is offering one of its signature dishes for the holidays.

    From now until Dec. 31, customers can purchase Eva’s to Go caramel cake at Betsy and Bab’s Boutique, 5036 Kingston Pike. Cost is $34.95 and cakes are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Prepaid orders are being accepted. Boutique hours are Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Call 865-583-0990 for information.
