KNOXVILLE -- Ruby Tuesday has won a top honor in Cheers magazine’s annual excellence awards for the beverage industry.
The Maryville-based restaurant chain won the the Best Chain Overall Beverage Program award, according to a press release.
Cheers magazine is a trade publication covering full-service restaurants, bars, and hotels.
“We are honored that Ruby Tuesday has been recognized by Cheers as the best overall among chain operators across the nation, and are proud of our team’s never-ending commitment to quality, freshness, variety, and value,” Andy Scoggins, Ruby Tuesday vice president of culinary and beverage, said in a statement.
Last month Ruby Tuesday introduced the “all day, every day, $5 premium cocktail” program.
The award will be presented at the magazine’s annual awards conference Jan. 25-26 in Miami.
