Learn about plum pudding, mincemeat and other traditional holiday fare as Slow Food Knoxville presents “Putting the Dickens into the Christmas Pudding: Renewing Holiday Culinary Traditions.” The event will be held 3-6 p.m. Dec. 19, at The Glowing Body, 711 Irwin Street. Haesel Charlesworth, culinary advisor for Gourmet Foodservice Group will be guest speaker. Cost is $25, limited to guests ages 21 and up.
