Ashes Wines and Spirits and Naples Restaurant, 5500 Kingston Pike, will present a wine-tasting dinner featuring French wines at 6:30 p.m. July 16.
The menu includes littleneck clams casino and red lentil ragout, served with a 2007 Sauvion muscadet, braised pork cheeks with crispy shallot demi glaze and asiago polenta, served with 2008 Chinon Cab/France and 2006 J. Vidal Cotes du Rhone.
Blueberry pomegranate cheesecake with mint chantilly and blueberry coulis will be served for dessert.
