OAK RIDGE - The Coming Home Blues Festival will be held Saturday and proceeds will be used to help fund Atomic City Sportsmen Club scholarships and charitable activities.
The festival, featuring Wallace Coleman and special guest Henry Perry, will be from 6-10 p.m. at the Grove Theater, 123 Randolph Road.
Coleman grew up in Morristown and Oak Ridge and is famed for his harmonica and vocal skills.
Perry has performed at several Knoxville venues and is a member of the Slow Blind Hill Blues and Jazz Band.
Barbecue plates will be offered from 5-6 p.m. and during intermission.
Tickets are $12 in advance and $15 at the door and are available at Ruby Miller's State Farm office at 574 Oak Ridge Turnpike, Hamp's Music Store, 110 Raleigh Road in Oak Ridge, and Cat's Records, 7337 Kingston Pike in Knoxville.
