Big Ed's Pizza, legendary throughout East Tennessee, has been an Oak Ridge classic since 1970. When you go to Big Ed's be ready for pizza because that's all they serve. If you ask for 'The Special' you'll get yours loaded with onions, green peppers, mushrooms, sausage and ham, or you can build your own and add pepperoni, anchovies, or black and green olives. Watching the expert pizza makers hand toss the dough adds a dimension to the Big Ed's experience. Big Ed's has an energetic atmosphere and eclectic decor as well as classic red and white checked tabletops. All of their ingredients are fresh; they make their own dough and fresh homemade sauce, butcher their own meats and make their own sausage. They even give you a free T-shirt on your birthday. 101 Broadway, 865.482.4885
