Drink of the Week: The Smoothest Gin and Tonic
THE SMOOTHEST GIN AND TONIC
2 ounces New Amsterdam Gin (or other premium gin)
4 ounces tonic water
Lime wedge, for garnish
Fill a rocks glass with ice. Mix in gin, then add tonic. Stir well. Garnish with lime wedge.
