Bistro by the Tracks, 215 Brookview Centreway, Suite 109, will be hosting a wine dinner featuring wines from Cousino-Macul, at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 12.
The menu includes poached Chilean sea bass with shaved fennel, orange and Marcona almonds, roasted lamb with sweet potato gratin and candied sage, triple seared filet mignon with roasted garlic couscous and smoked tomato hollandaise. Dessert will be basil and lemon ice cream Napoleon with rosemary scone and St. Germain chantilly cream.
