This could be the ultimate office power play. Self-centered Michael Scott (Steve Carell) is threatened by his management peer, the sarcastic Jim (John Krasinski) on NBC's "The Office." They are both running the office, but their rivalry is making work difficult for everyone else. Who'd you rather work for?

Michael: He's the head of a paper company's local branch, but you'd think he was king of the world.
Jim: A hard-working salesman who has been bumped up to a manager overseeing the office with Michael. His sarcasm can be a bit thick.

Jim: He's the sensible one in management, though his fear of making the right decision - and letting his employees derail those decisions - is a huge problem.
