Chef Deron Little of Seasons Cafe, 12740 Kingston Pike, Farragut, will host the Vikings of the Smokies Torsk Dinner at 5 p.m., Nov. 8. A traditional Scandinavian dinner featuring a buffet of broiled torsk, potatoes, vegetable, lefse and dessert will be served. Cost is $10 per person and seating is limited.
