A four-course menu featuring authentic dishes from Spain, Italy, France and Austria, will be featured at a European Grand Tour Wine Dinner, at 6:30 p.m., Oct. 23 at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine bar, 11287 Parkside Drive. The menu will include herb roasted scallop risotto cake with gazpacho salsa, bistro steak with Cabernet butter sauce and raspberry linzertorte. Cost is $55. Call 865-675-9463 for reservations.
