Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar, 11287 Parkside Drive, will have a five-course wine dinner featuring wines from Rocca Family Vineyards, at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 4.
The menu includes sausage and herb stuffed mushrooms with Asiago cheese, pan-seared duck with sage polenta and blackberry sauce, peppercorn petite filet with truffled tri-potato grain and red wine-poached pears with cream anglaise.
