KNOXVILLE -- Casual dining chain Cheddar’s Casual Cafe is apparently looking to put another location in the Knoxville area.
The restaurant’s first area eatery, in Alcoa, opened in May. More recently, an entity called Greer Land Co.-Cheddar’s LLC paid $1.3 million for property in the Merchants Town Square subdivision, on Clinton Highway.
