Williams-Sonoma offers free classes
Free technique classes are being offered this month at Williams-Sonoma, 7600 Kingston Pike. They are: “Italian Comfort Foods,” (noon, Feb. 7) where guests will learn the proper way to prepare meatballs and marinara sauce, “Cooking Up Comfort” (noon, Feb. 21), presenting recipes for meat loaf, mashed potatoes, tacos and other “homey recipes,” and “Incredible Eggs,” (noon, Feb. 28) to include information on why eggs are used in baking and how to judge their freshness.
