Billy Joel

MUSIC OF JOEL & JOHN

The music of two pop music icons is the key when musician Jim Witter performs with the Knoxville Symphony Orchestra at 8 p.m. today. "The Piano Men: The Songs of Billy Joel and Elton John" remembers both the music and the decade of the 1970s. Behind the performers, images of events, toys, newspaper headlines and television commercials from that time will be projected on a large screen. The concert is at the Knoxville Auditorium, 500 Howard Baker Jr. Ave. Tickets range from $33 to $87, plus service charges, and are available at Tickets Unlimited, 865-656-4444.
