Drink of the Week: The Clover Club

1- 1/2 ounces gin

1/2 ounce dry vermouth

1/2 ounce lemon juice

1/2 ounce raspberry syrup

1/2 tablespoon ( 1/4 ounce) egg white

In an ice-filled cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients and shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass.
