Learn to read labels and make better choices in the grocery store by attending one of three grocery store tours to be led by registered dietitians from the University of Tennessee Medical Center’s Heart Lung Vascular Institute.
The tours are:
-- 2 p.m., July 21: Food City, 8905 Kingston Pike
-- 10 a.m., Aug. 18: Kroger, 9501 Northshore Drive.
-- 5 p.m. Sept. 8: Food City, 2712 Loves Creek Road.
