Space still available for Monday's wine dinner Bistro by the Tracks

Limited space is still available for the French wine dinner to be held at 6:30 p.m. Monday, July 19, at Bistro by the Tracks, 215 Brookview Centre Drive.

The menu includes seared sea scalloped with corn pudding and strawberry mango preserves, house smoked sutrgeon with farro salad, grilled filet and shrimp with red wine risotto, duck confit and house made sausage and fig and fennel tart.

Cost is $70 per person. Call 865-558-9500 for reservations.

At 6:30 p.m., Monday, Aug. 9, Bistro by the Tracks will host a wine dinner featuring Miner Family Vineyards. The menu includes house cured Artic char with salmon roe and scuppernong gastrique, duck Aroncini with duck ragout, risotto and preserved fruit, venison medallions with goat cheese mashed, blackberries, beet and parsley salad and hazelnut tiramisu for dessert.
