A two-part hands-on class on how to pressure can and make jams and jellies will be held from 1-3 p.m. July 20 and July 22 at the food laboratory in Blye-Poteat Hall on the campus of Carson-Newman College.
Cost is $30 which includes instruction, a food preservation book and one canned item.
