Rocky Hill's RouXbarbeque has closed

— If you haven't yet tried RouXbarbeque, you'll never get your chance. The barbecue restaurant, that opened at 7426 S. Northshore Drive in the Rocky Hill community in April, closed its doors today. Owner Kerry Mitchell said it closed for "the obvious reasons."

They spent way too much on startup, scimmped on food, had a slow kitchen, and a manager who had never worked in a restaurant before. Go figure. Hope Sweet P's comes in.
