Armed robbery
KNOXVILLE — A man with a handgun and a cloth covering his face took more than a sackful from an area Krystals fast-food restaurant tonight, according to police.
The suspect ordered the manager into the office at the Krystals, 3910 Western Ave., and stole an unspecified amount of cash before fleeing through the parking lot on foot, said Knoxville Police Department Lt. Robert Hembree.
Officers are still searching for the armed suspect.
