Free-hour-long technique classes will be held each Sunday in June at noon at Williams-Sonoma, 7600 Kingston Pike. They are:
-- June 6: Learn to cook a tender, flavorful steak.
-- June 13: Meals-on-a-stick using recipes from around the world.
-- June 27: Recipes for Italian gelato, ice-cream and frozen yogurts will be featured.
