If you’ve outgrown the days of quaffing green beer in a crowded bar, check out these St. Patty’s Day drinks that can be enjoyed at home.

TULLY TEA (LI variation)

½ oz Tullamore Dew

½ oz Cabo Wabo

½ oz Flor de Cana

½ oz Gin

¾ oz fresh lemon juice

1 oz simple syrup

Top with Coca Cola

Shake and strain into a highball glass then top with coke.

For a more sophisticated version of this cocktail add a dash of angostura bitters and top with gingerale.

PERFECT IRISH COFFEE (hot)

(Joe Sheridan’s Original Recipe from the Buena Vista Café in San Francisco)

Fill an Irish coffee glass with very hot water to pre-heat then empty.

Pour hot coffee into hot glass until it is about 3/4 full.

Drop in 2 cocktail sugar cubes; stir until sugar is thoroughly dissolved.

Add full jigger of Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey for proper taste and body.

Top with a collar of lightly whipped cream by pouring gently over a spoon.

Enjoy it while piping hot.

MIDORI SHAMROCKED

2 oz. Midori Melon Liqueur

.5 oz of Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey

.5 oz of Carolans Irish Cream Liqueur

Shake incredibly well, serve in 3 oz. Shot glass.
