Sisters of the Skillet interview James Beard award-winner

Thomas Keller, restauranteur and cookbook author, has a reputation for turning ideas into gold.

He's done it again with his latest cookbook, 'Ad-Hoc at Home,' which was presented the 2010 James Beard Award last week in the general cooking cookbook division. It also won the 2010 International Association of Culinary Professionals cookbook award in the chefs and restaurants division.
