A four-course wine dinner featuring Australian wines will be served at 6:30 p.m. May 24, at Oodles Uncorked, 18 Market Square.
The menu includes duck prosciutto wrapped chili-lime marinated prawn aperitif, seared black pepper yellow fin seaweed salad with bacon horseradish vinaigrette, filet mignon and pomegranate glazed rack of lamb.
