Knoxville's Ashley Johnston works out in the May 11 episode of "The Biggest Loser."

Knoxville resident Ashley Johnston's return home for the first time since leaving for "The Biggest Loser" ranch will be chronicled on the show's next installment.

Johnston and the other three finalists were allowed to go home for 30 days in an attempt to live in the real world. A "Loser" crew came twice to Knoxville and filmed for a total of approximately three days.

(Her return home will be seen at 8 tonight on WBIR, Channel 10.)

Johnston knew it would be a challenge to go back to Knoxville and stay thin.

"It's going to be a challenge when I go home," she said, because her Knoxville friends "are living a lifestyle" that Johnston says she can't live anymore.

She admitted she liked clubbing and dancing in Knoxville but didn't like "going through restaurants and clubs and having everybody stare at me and judge me."

Johnston wasn't totally alone when she came home.

In the episode, she will be shown working out with "Loser" trainer Jillian Michaels at Snap Fitness off of Middlebrook Pike.

The installment will also show Johnston having a public weigh-in at World's Fair Park.

"I was very excited to come home and reveal my new slimmer self to all my friends and family I hadn't seen in months, and to share with them that I had made it to the final four," Johnston said, responding to an e-mail from the News Sentinel.

"I was also excited to tell them that I broke a 'Biggest Loser' record and lost more weight while at the ranch than any other woman in the history of the show."

Johnston said finding the right balance was not easy for her in Knoxville.

"It was a challenge to find balance and manage my time the way I needed to," Johnston said. "My phone was ringing off the hook and I had to explain to people that I couldn't hang out and party any more - my priorities changed and I was still focused on my goal to lose weight."

WELL THANK YOU FOR SPOILING THE SHOW FOR SOME OF US WHO DON'T LIKE TO KNOW YOUR IGNORANCE IN ADVANCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is very aggravating for you to tell this before the show airs.
I think it is irresponsible on your part to announce this.
I look forward to coming home on Tuesday's and watching this show and you hve no right to spoil it for me and other's who might have the same opinion.
So I will not watch the show and it will be thanks to you.
You are a total useless asset to responsible journalism.
If you want scoops....start writing on the Crime in Knoxville or the Corruption in Goverment, find some real news to tell us about. Just leave Television and season finales or soryline plots to AFTER we have seen them.
Once again, THANKS FOR RUINING MY TV NIGHT!!!!

Secret:
Calm down! I don't think Terry gave anything away in this article that you can't see on a preview for the show. He basically just talks generically about the "coming home" episode. If you regularly follow BL, then you should know that they always air an episode where the contestants go back home for a few days. You can still watch the show tonight & be surprised. IMO, If you are a real fan and/or support Ashley, you would watch anyway.

If you don't want to find out what happens, then don't read the article. It's not like this is a new thing. There are articles about the show every week. The final four always returns home.

Additionally, typing in all caps is rude, childish, and uncalled for.
