Nama Restaurant, 5130 Kingston Pike, will present a sake tasting event at 6 p.m. May 25.
The menu includes Daikon and pear salad with tatsoi and yuzu-ginger vinaigrette, Kombu cured black sea bass with spicy baby bok choy, coconut panko scallop with serrano-banana chutney and sweet ume ‘nigiri' plum-mint ice.
