Marc Inocco has worked as a bartender at Sidestreet Tavern a little over a year, though he’s a familiar face in the Knoxville bar scene.
“I’ve probably worked at just about every bar in town,” Marc says. “I’ve kind of bounced around between martini bars, high-end restaurants, bartending weddings, catering, that sort of thing.”
“The thing I like about (Sidestreet Tavern) is it’s a small neighborhood tavern built mainly on a core group of regulars who make it really comfortable, because I’ve gotten to know all of them personally aside from just being customers,” Inocco says.
Inocco says he doesn’t have a signature drink or concoction that he serves regularly since the majority of Sidestreet’s customers order more traditional beverages. He has created specialty drinks before, which he says vary from place to place.

Inocco concocts the a multi-layer shot with Jagermister and two liqueurs served in a martini glass, but says the Sidestreet Tavern clientele mostly order draft beer and traditional mixed cocktails.
“It’s the most visually appealing drink I can think up,” he says.
