DISARONNO MACBETH
1⁄2 ounce Disaronno
1 ounce Tennessee whiskey
1⁄2 ounce blue caracao
1 ounce sweet & sour mix
Shake ingredients in an ice-filled shaker and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with slice of lime.
