What: Evening fireworks end Labor Day weekend celebration that includes freestyle motocross demonstrations, family fun area, food, music, contests

When: 1-10 p.m. Sunday; fireworks start about 9:30 p.m.

Where: Volunteer Landing and Neyland Drive from Walnut Street to Lake Loudoun Boulevard; streets close to create pedestrian area

Admission: Free but food, beverages, games and parking have charges

First aid: on Volunteer Landing on east side of east tower, under Henley Bridge on north side of Neyland, on Neyland across from University of Tennessee boathouse

PRE-FIREWORKS

Food Vendors & Family Fun Zone: Open 1 p.m

Red Bull/TNT Freestyle Motocross Demonstrations: 2,4,6 and 8 p.m at west end of Neyland Drive

Krystal Crave Cruiser & Little Debbie: Krystal handing out free chicken wings; Little Debbie giving away football brownies.

Music: Singers Erin Leigh and Emily Eaton, among others

Contests: Include Star 102.1's "Guitar Hero" and Q93's hourly 2-7 p.m. "Frozen T-shirt contests"

ROAD/BRIDGE CLOSINGS

Henley Bridge closes midnight Saturday night/Sunday morning, reopens 6 a.m. Monday

Neyland Drive from Walnut Street to Lake Loudon Boulevard closes 11 p.m. Saturday, reopens 6 a.m. Monday

Access to Neyland from Central Street closes 3 p.m. Sunday; access from Hall of Fame Drive closes 4 p.m. Sunday, both reopen 6 a.m. Monday

James White Parkway at Cumberland Avenue closes 3 p.m. Sunday, reopens 6 a.m. Monday

Gay Street Bridge closes 9 p.m. Sunday to pedestrians, 9:15 p.m. to vehicles for fireworks

Pedestrian bridge from City/County Building over Neyland to Volunteer Landing closes 8 p.m. Sunday

PARKING

$5 at Main Avenue, Dwight Kessel (900 State St.), Locust Street &City/County Building garages

Free at Market Square & State Street garages and in surface lot beside State Street Garage

City/County Building's L-3 deck for ADA accessible viewing area/parking

UT Parking lots/garages open, $10 parking

No parking areas with Neyland Drive access only are open

BOATING

No wake zone from South Knoxville Bridge to orange railroad trestle three hours before University of Tennessee Saturday football game until midnight Sunday

No public shore access via Volunteer Landing steps

City/UT docks open for temporary mooring after noon and until 8 p.m. Sunday; one person must be on boat

Boats must be in place for fireworks by 9 p.m. Sunday

Boaters may be ticketed if navigation lights or fire extinguishers don't work, children under age 13 aren't wearing life-jackets or boat doesn't have personal flotation devices for everyone on board plus one throwable device.
