Taylor Swift packed Thompson-Boling Arena on Friday with nearly 15,000 fans who turned out to see the 21-year-old singer and opening acts NeedToBreathe and James Wesley.

Over the past five years Swift has gone from a 15-year-old aspiring country singer-songwriter to one of the most popular acts in the country. Her second album, 2008's "Fearless," produced 11 charting singles, on both the country and pop charts, and became the best-selling album of 2008. Her song "Love Story" earned the record for the most digital downloads of any single. In 2009, at the age of 19, she became the youngest artist to win Entertainer of the Year in the Country Music Association Awards. She also became the top-selling artist of 2010.

Swift's current tour is in support of her 2010 album "Speak Now."
