Registration is being accepted for the following cooking classes at the Glass Bazaar, 6470 Kingston Pike.
n July 11: “Summer Dining,” featuring New York strip, roasted fingerling potatoes and chocolate Frangelica tart.
n July 13: “Seconds Please!,” featuring golden gazpacho, chili and coffee crusted pork loin and fresh summer berry trifle.
n July 18: “Mexico City Summer Menu,” featuring stacked chicken enchiladas, refried beans, tomato salad and orange flan.
n July 20: “Acapulco Summer Menu,” featuring broiled white fish with tomatillo-mango sauce, roasted corn and poblano pudding, seasonal fruit cocktail with picante-sweet sauce.
n July 25: “Baja Mexico Rancho Estanza Fiesta,” featuring marinated with pico de gallo and guacamole, Mexican corn custard and bunelos topped with vanilla bean ice cream and Kahlua.
n July 27: “Japanese Cuisine,” featuring pot stickers, curried rice and beef with pickled vegetables and green tea sorbet.
