Wine dinners at Bistro by the Tracks
Two wine dinners will be held in July at Bistro by the Tracks, 215 Brookview Centre Way.
They are:
n July 25: Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars will be featured at a 6:30 p.m. wine dinner. The menu includes seared sea scallop, Duck confit with potato gallet and field greens with raspberry vinaigrette, filet Rossini and lmeon sponge cake with fresh berries. Cost is $70 per person.
n July 27: Ridge Vineyards will be featured at a 6:30 p.m. wine dinner featuring pan seared grouper with grilled peaches, arugula and raspberry vinaigrette, barbecue duck with smoked corn spoon bread, Zinfandel glazed short ribs and blackened venison. Pear and pistachio pie with vanilla ice cream will be served as dessert. Cost is $75 per person.
