Oodles Uncorked, 18 Market Square, has added the following selection to its wine list: Saint Pinot Grigio ($8 a glass, $30 a bottle), Ruffino Orvieto ($7 a glass, $26 a bottle), Santi Valpolicella, $8.50 a glass/$32 a bottle, and a 2 ounce sample flight of 3 Italian wines for $9.
