Chef Michelle Samples, who is a macrobiotic chef, will prepare two vegan and a luten-free recipe during a demonstration to be held at 6 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 6 at the Tennessee Valley Unitarian Universalist Church, 2931 Kingston Pike.
