Saturday, Nov. 5: Kevin Meaney
Comedian Kevin Meaney has appeared in numerous films, Broadway plays and TV shows. Now he's coming to Knoxville to explain about his family's background as "big pants people."

The featured guest performers for the November Mighty Musical Monday will be veteran Knoxville radio personalities CP and Walker noon-1 p.m. at the Tennessee Theatre, 604 S. Gay St.
Bill Snyder and Freddie Brabson will play the theater's Mighty Wurlitzer Organ and a light lunch will be availabel for purchase in the lobby.

Tuesday, Nov. 8: 'Young Frankenstein'
The classic Mel Brooks horror-movie spoof "Young Frankenstein" will be presented on stage at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday-Wednesday, Nov. 8-9, at the Tennessee Theatre, 604 S. Gay St.
Brooks' script follows a descendant of the more famous Dr. Frankenstein as he attempts to restore life to a corpse — with hilarious results.

Singer-songwriters Katie Herzig and Butterfly Boucher, members of the Ten Out of Tenn music collective, will entertain at 8 p.m. at the Square Room, 4 Market Square.
Herzig writes music for numerous films and television shows, including the first "Sex in the City" movie. Australia-to-Nashville transplant and middle-of-seven-sisters Boucher writes snappy power-pop tunes has two albums out: "Flutterby" and "Scary Fragile."

Thursday, Nov. 10: Maryville College jazz Band
