A Down Under Wine Dinner, featuring select wines from Australia and New Zealand, will be held at 6 p.m. Monday, Dec. 5, at 31 Bistro, 31 Market Square. The menu includes cheddar spiced chick peas, roasted halibut over spaghetti squash and confit bell peppers, beef tenderloin with sweet potato puree and fennel plum jam, lamb chop with butter poached fingerling potatoes and chocolate mini cheesecake with raspberry and champagne gelee for dessert.
