Bistro by the Tracks, 215 Brookview Centre Way, will host weekly Sunday Suppers between the hours of 5 and10:30 p.m.
The menu changes weekly and guests will be able to select one item from each course menu.
The Nov. 27 menu is as follows:
Course 1: Seared scallop with herbed couscous, blood orange gastrique and micro greens, Wagu steak salad with Stilton white balsamic vinaigrette or smoked salmon bruschetta with grilled garlic crostini, balsamic reduction and French feta.
Course 2: Porcini dusted venison with Benton's bacon and sweet potato hash and blackened asparagus, stuffed pork with apple walnut chutney, mashed sweet potato and grilled green beans , or sashimi grilled hebi, herbed rice, pineapple slaw and sweet ginger-soy reduction.
Course 3: Chocolate mousse, strawberry layer cake or cookies and cream cheese cake.
