The Down Under Wine Dinner at 31 Bistro, 31 Market Square, originally scheduled for Monday, Dec. 5, has been moved to Tuesday, Dec. 13.
The event, featuring wines from Australia and New Zealand, will include a menu of cheddar spiced chick peas, arugula and roasted pear salad with lime vinaigrette, beef tenderloin with sweet potato puree, lamb chop with butter poached fingerling potatoes and asparagus with lemon truffle emulsion and chocolate mini-cheesecake with raspberry and champagne gelee for dessert.
