Frank Family Vineyards will be featured wine at a Bistro by the Tracks wine dinner at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 11. The restaurant is located at 215 Brookview Centre Way.
Dennis Zablosky, tasting room manager of Frank Family Vineyards will be guest host.
The menu includes poached fish two ways, fresh cheese and date tart, peppered lamb chop, seared Wagyu flat iron and white chocolate raspberry cake. Cost is $70. Call 865-558-9500 for reservations.
