Several Knoxville restaurants will offer special menus for Easter. Some of the dining options include:
Echo Bistro to serve Easter Brunch
Echo Bistro & Wine Bar, 5803 Kingston Pike, will host an Easter Prime Rib brunch from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday, April 8. The menu includes a selection of Prime Rib, boiled shrimp, smoked Atlantic salmon, fried chicken, poached eggs Florentine and assorted breakfast staples, as well as salad bar and dessert. Easter brunch at Bistro by the Tracks
Bistro by the Tracks, 215 Brookview Centreway, will host an Easter Brunch from 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Sunday, April 8. A selection of eight entrees and six sides will be offered including southwestern omelet and one side ($15); eggs Benedict and one side ($17); Breakfast platter with house sausage, scrambled eggs with goat cheese, pepper jam and one side ($16); Wild Mushroom Risotto ($16) or 8 ounce Black Angus filet mignon with one side ($28). Appetizer and salads will also be available, as well asa children's menu. Call 865-558-9500 for reservations.
Sequoyah Grille hosts Easter brunch
An special a la carte Easter brunch menu will be offered from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday, April 8, at Sequoyah Grille, 4429 Kingston Pike. The menu will include ham and brie crepes with orange marmalade sauce and fresh fruit ($11); shrimp and mussel paella with spring vegetables ($12); and 10 ounce prime ribwith new potatoes and two eggs served with hollandaise sauce ($19.50). A $5 child's menu will be offered for ages 5-12. Ages 4 and younger eat free. Guests can also order off the regular menu. Call 865-766-5331 for reservations.
Fleming's hosts Easter Sunday Brunch
Reservations are being accepted for Fleming's Easter Brunch from 11:30 a.m.-3 p.m. on Sunday, April 8, featuring a three-course meal for $34.95. The meal selections include filet mignon Benedict, New Orleans-style French Toast or Prime Rib of Beef. A children's brunch menu will be available for $16.95 per child. Fleming's is located at 11287 Parkside Drive. Call 865-675-9463 for reservations.
