The 11th annual Rossini Festival will be held from 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Saturday, April 28, on Gay Street and Market Square in downtown Knoxville. In addition to numerous food vendors, a selection of farmers and artists from the Market Square Farmers’ Market will be on Market Street from 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
