A Penfolds Grange Wine Dinner will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, May 1, at Ruth’s Chris Steak House, 950 Volunteer Landing Lane. The menu includes chilled shellfish salad, spring leek and asparagus soup, duck confit napoleon with black cherry demi glace, filet mignon and crab stuffed lobster tail with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and a dessert of chocolate covered strawberry cheesecake. Cost is $150.
