"PC of the Month Club" is a new offering by "Tupelo Honey," an Asheville, and soon-to-be Knoxville restaurant. The subscription-based club will feature six packages to arrive every other month including a different flavor of pimento cheese (16 ounces), a varied selection of a 7-ounce package of charcuterie and a box of vegan crackers. Cost is $199, which includes free shipping if ordered before Mother’s Day.
