Chef Ray Bordelon will prepare pan-seared chicken with mole-style sauce on Saturday, Aug. 11, at both Fresh Market locations. Demonstration times are 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Farragut store, 11535 Kingston Pike, and 3-6 p.m. at the Bearden location in Western Plaza, 4475 Kingston Pike.
