It's time once again to pick the flicks on Market Square!
The Knox County Library's ninth annual "Movies on Market Square" series will kick off on Friday, Sept. 7 and run every Friday night through Oct. 12. Each year the library asks the public to choose what movies to show.
Voting is now underway at www.knoxlib.org/movies. Voting will be open until Aug. 27, with choices ranging from "The Hunger Games" to "The Blind Side," "Talladega Nights" to "Pee-wee’s Big Adventure."
The winners will be announced Aug. 30.
To vote, just go to www.knoxlib.org/movies and choose your picks.
Movies on Market Square is a free, family-friendly (and fido-friendly!) event held each fall where folks can come downtown to see a movie on Market Square.
