Seven culinary classes will be presented in September at the Glass Bazaar, 6470 Kingston Pike. They include "Mushrooms are More," (6 p.m., Sept. 5), with a menu of grilled stuffed portobellos; sauteed mushrooms with sherry wine reduction over puff pastries and morel and beef stroganoff, and "Oktoberfest Beer Pairing," (6 p.m., Sept. 17), featuring lentil soup with ham hocks paired with traditional German wheat beer and beef rouladen with German dumplings and red cabbage paired with German black beer.
