Parody musician Weird Al Yankovic will peform at 8 p.m. Thursday, April 11, at the Tennessee Theatre. Yankovic is considered the most popular comedy musician of all-time, earning three Grammy Awards and 14 nominations. His favorites stretch from "My Bologna" (a parody of the Knack's "My Sharona") in 1979 to "Eat It" (Michael Jackson's "Beat It") in 1984 to "Perform This Way" (Lady Gaga's "Born This Way") in 2011. Yankovic's stage shows feature a full rock band and various props.
Tickets are $49.50 and $39.50, plus service charges, and go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 7, at Knoxville Tickets outlets, 865-656-4444 and www.knoxvilletickets.com.
